Our Story

It all began in a small flat in London with a dog named Max and a cat named Luna. As pet parents ourselves, we noticed something missing in the pet product market – a place that truly understood the bond between humans and their furry family members.

Max, our golden retriever, was picky about everything – from toys to treats. Luna, our rescue cat, needed special care products that were gentle yet effective. Shopping for them meant visiting multiple stores, reading countless reviews, and still ending up with products that didn't quite work.

That's when we had our "aha!" moment. Why not create a pet store that combines quality, care, and convenience – all in one place?

In 2020, Hevipet Store was born in London with a simple mission: to make pet parenting easier, happier, and more affordable. We started with just 50 products – all personally tested on Max and Luna. Today, we've grown to over 1,000 products, but our core values remain the same.
